Inner-City Project Funding

We at Brockstar feel that we are in a position to bring about changes in the approach as is currently utilized in urban revitalization. We must offer cities and communities the opportunity to change the way they view the creation of jobs and business opportunities necessary in relieving economically distressed areas.

We at Brockstar understand that our government is doing everything possible in providing grants and incentives totaling Billions of United States dollars, including public and private groups additionally committing enormous amounts of money in dealing with this dilemma.

We at Brockstar are ready to commit in funding our project known as the" Inter-City Project Funding Program". We feel that the United States Government should not be expected to be anyone's savior in this national crisis. It is imperative that the private sector come forward with a creative approach, in the revitalization of the most economically distressed areas of our inner cities and of our rural heartland.

We at Brockstar envision and propose an investment of up to 15 Billion Dollars a year. This program will operate as a financing program utilizing Guaranteed Insurance Contracts or Guaranteed Investment Agreements supported by Negotiable Securities or assets. All private placements and Corporate Fund Raising will be conducted through Brockstar Banking Partners with relevant restricted lines of credit being facilitated through our existing International Banking relationships. This program will be self-fulfilling.

We at Brockstar are proud of the approach we have undertaken to solve the problems our society has created. Yes, we have created the problems, and for years have ignored the solution. Although, most private investors are familiar with these problem areas and have acknowledged the necessity of a resolution to the problems involved. Principally these investors are neither willing to risk their funds or resources, despite these problems being increasingly overwhelming to our economy and way of life. We as investors and investment fund managers have ignored this crisis for over fifty years. We must now collectively make a comprehensive effort in urgently addressing and solving these problems. In providing capital investment funds at a feasible interest rate, while maintaining and securing an affordable way of life.

We at Brockstar understand that the economic problems of the State of New York are not the same as the economic problems of the State of California and that each specific area has its own unique set of problems and ruling circumstance.

We understand that, as the problem develops, we will continue to view each area as it's own separate project. Utilizing this methodology, we will be able to accommodate and deliver the necessary funding to the region as designated. We will additionally understand, how in fact, we either passed or failed in our fulfilling our goals.

We at Brockstar realize that the problem is not about profit, as it is in guaranteeing delivery of the "Great American Dream" back into the lives of all people, not just the select few. We have to make our Inner Cities a place where people will want to live. This will be accomplished when people have employment, when people have homes they are proud of, when people are safe from crime, and when people feel that they are part of a community, not someone standing in our government lines of Welfare, Unemployment and despair.
